They are usually in the welfare system and the more kids they have the more food stamps, medicaid, public assistance they can get.

Believe me, they are NOT thinking about what's best for their children; bringing them into a life of hardship and suffering. Parents like that should be "spayed and neutered."

Many are devout believers in religions which prohibit birth control and consider its use a sin. They are not willing to risk eternal damnation.

Others are irresponsible, lazy, assume they're safe for no good reason, unable to control sexual impulses, drink or do substances which affect their judgment about sexual matters, and all kinds of other insufficient reasons.

Who are you to decide whether a person is financially or emotionally able to raise a child?

I'd be more concerned about those who abuse their children. And isn't it strange that most abused children come from small families with adequate income?

poor people need life force or power more than most,,,

children are a source of power

it feels good to have someone weaker than you...

notice how we all want to climb the pecking order....

also note that most child abuse is in the lower class...

Either they can't afford birth control or don't know how to get free ones, or they "don't believe" in birth control. Which is crap.
