I simply adore arts and crafts. I have tried patchwork and quilting, cross stitch, crochet, knitting, quilling, stained glass ... I love to make things for my home and I have stuff hanging everywhere. Frames, curtains on the bathroom windows, a bed spread, stuff hanging on the walls, tons of sweaters for my daughter which I design myself, I even painted on my windows! The problem I face is not finding the proper supplies in Egypt, so I have to a3'zil birigl 7omar! lol
Aside from that, I love reading. I had been suffering from depression for years and had quit reading till a friend recently helped me get out of my mood and resume reading once again. I have read a lot recently, having just finished Samarkand by Ma3loof and started The map of love by Soueif. The problem is the huge bill I have to pay for books every month! ;)

My normal hobbies are reading & Internet (I don't know if internet is normal or not:D).
My strange hobbies, well you may be surbrised if I tell you that my strange hobby is taking courses.
Yes I take courses not for work or certifcates but I like that it's on of my hobbies, you can't belive how many certificates I got during my courses:D

When I have some free time, I love to go away with my cam and take pics of everything I find interesting. Actually I dont go out without my cam.
Another thing that i like to do, but it's more a 2nd job than a hobby, is to paint porcelain.
I paint tiles, plates, dishes, coffee sets, tea sets,...everything that is made in porcelain.
I teach how to do it too.
I have the oven that reachs 800° C, to burn the pieces for fixing the colours to the porcelain

I collect things. Coins, Smushed pennies, random assortments of stuff.
Other hobbies? I like making things. I'm not sure if you could call this a hobbie, but I like reading. And traveling. And when I make things, I try to do it the way that involves the least use of other materials (aka not using glue when I can use string to tie feathers, etc).

humm i don't think they are strange but very basic hobbies...i like to listen to Amr Diab like i am now:) and play around on Project Playlist so that i can download music to my MySpace page...i love doing this. and my life is a hobby loool...everything that i do i pretty much do everyday...i feel like a robot some times:( day in day out same old same old...there is a saying maybe u have heard...same BS different day!

Strange hobbies? I don't know...maybe some people might consider them strange.
I like to work with my hands, so I like trying new things like making my own herbal soaps, making my own jewelry, reupholstering a ratty-looking old chair and turning it into something beautiful...finding an interesting old window that someone is throwing away and turning it into a frame for a collage of family photos (or painting on the glass as a form of artwork to hang on the wall), crocheting thick, snuggly blankets for cold evenings, making my own lip balms (with cinnamon essential oil...whew! that is tingly!! lol)...hmmm...cake decorating, designing my own notecards, making unusual paperclips/bookmarks out of copper wire...
I could keep going, but as it is I am sure everyone has stopped reading looooooooooooong ago...

Well i have to confess i am a download freak, i love to dwl movies and PS2 games all the time, i have an extended movie library of more than 800 films so far all excellent dvds or dvd rips. Heck i have a lot of those that i haven't even seen.

listening to classic arabic songs and dont listen to new songs

watching classic egyptian movies
revenge its not the bad side but i like to revenge from corrupted criminal ppl
