No this doesn't mean she is coming soon. All it is, is that your baby is getting bigger and the space around her is not as "roomy". So its only natural that you will feel all her movements. You still have 6 weeks until you are full term and yes you could go into labor before this but you will definitely know when your in labor. Usual signs of labor are contractions which are like menstrual cramps times 10, your water could either break or just leak but your baby moving alot doesnt' signify she is coming soon. Congratulations by the way!

Wow you have an active little baby and him/her moving is a good thing, you and your baby are fine and remember this, as the time for labor comes closer the less the baby will move and drop into the birth canal, my wife and i just had a baby girl 10/31/07 I made a video of pictures and things at www.video.google.com search "kennedi a smith" and watch let me know what you think.......oh and congratulations

I don't think anyone can judge when your baby is likley to come my baby was active until the day he was born, you can probably feel your baby's every move because its a tight squeeze in there at the mo!
Hang in there won't be long and best of luck with the birth

I am 34 and a half weeks and mine was very active the last couple weeks, but yesterday and today he has calmed down significantly. I think he dropped or turned yesterday, b/c I felt like crap all day yesterday and he felt really tight and like he was in a different position yesterday. Maybe yours will calm down soon too.

Nah, it's normal by this time to feel EVERYTHING. My daughter used to hiccup and it vibrated in my pelvis - talk about a weird feeling! Your baby is getting bigger and more active is all - good news for you! Good luck and congrats!

Usually a baby quiettens down just prior to delivery.
I think in your case it means you just have a very active baby in there...
