Yes. Often. But I learned the reason. Whenever you feel that way, make an effort to talk to at least three people around you. It doesn't have to be a conversation, although that would be good. When you connect with someone the feeling goes away.

Ya, the first few weeks I started my new high school, I felt it almost every day. Luckily I'm over it.

I'm the only black person in my family (I'm adopted)
I was the only black person in my school. (only the 2nd to ever attend that school)

The area is getting more divers now, but we black people are still few and far between.
