as far as I know, he's just known as the Swedish Chef and didn't have a name ... I checked on IMDB for the Muppet Movie and they just have his voice talent (Jim Henson of course) listed as "The Swedish Chef" ... no name ... I always liked him; he was one of my favorite characters ... mort mort mort :)

He was the "swedish chef". I LOVED the Muppet Show as a kid. Those two old guys in the balcony were the BEST.
