If bowling constantly everytime the pins stand it should be around 15 minutes, if sitting down inbetween shots for a short break somewhere around 20-25. A general rule of thumb is about 45 seconds per frame.

IT depends on how good they are, if each throws 5 strikes, the game could end in 10 minutes, but if there are only 1 or 2 strikes thrown a piece, it could take 20 minutes
