A special sweeper is a pokemon like suicune or alakazam that builds its power using calm mind and rest/recover to restore the damage through the waiting time, until it will have an incredibly high sp.atk of 1200 (which boosts the power of non-physical attacks) and using psychic or surf to sweep through the opponents team. Dragon dance tyranitars are also a good example of a physical sweeper. In real trainer battles, sweepers are excellent, dont try to use them against wild pokemon.

Pokemon flamers "pokemon sux answerers" don't even bother, it's just sad.

A sweeper is a pokemon which is powerful with attack and special attack. They are used to basically eliminate other pokemon with powerful attacks. A good sweeper is a Garchomp (Dragon/Gorund type)
move-set that would be good;
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Aerial Ace
Giga Impact.

A good strategic pokemon is a Shuckle.
Try these moves for it;
Toxic
Wrap
Bide
And a move of your choice.

sweeper that can take hits... well you can mkae salamance a special sweeper if you really want to.... umm most sweepers lack in defence though so if you want more of an annoyer that can take a hit or a mixd wall with a decent special attak milotic... but yea special sweepers that can take a hit are not really in great quanity, i just use starmie with a sash so he can take a hit.... I would say your best bet or one to be able to hang around would be salamance but i think the annoyer togekiss could also fill the role well.... hope this helps!
