What type of fish are you referring to? If they look pale to you then they don't look fine. Chances are that it's a water quality problem and the fish are stressed.
What size tank are you housing the fish in? What temperature is the water? How often are you doing partial water changes? What foods are you offering?

Well real specific question there! What kind of fish are you talking about??? Mabey your fish are getting tired of eating the food you have been feeding him. Try changing his food to live foods once in a while. They'll eat when hungry enough...

Ammonia. Start doing 20% water changes everyday (with dechlorinated water,of course),until the colors come back and they get their appetites back. Then do a 20 to 25% water change once a week. If you don't know how to do a proper water change, do a little research.

The pale looks is probably a sickness or a disease being carried through. I would just stay near the tank while feeding them so you can see if they are eating or not.
