iron on tranfer paper?

I always use it on pillows.
I'm in love with the strokes and I always make pillows with pictures of them and whatnot. I always iron on the image, then sew and stuff the pillow.
I made one today, and i put a picture and some text on it then stuffed it. But now I want to out more text on it.

can you iron on an image using tranfer paper on a stuffed pillow?

I think you could do it. Just use a pressing cloth so nothing gets burned. The only problem you might have is that you would un-stick the first transfer by heating it up again, or cook it and make it fall apart. So be careful.
