Keep two daily journals, one for yourself and the other for a "witness" to your situation. You should write down everything that you are told to do in it and what time you were told to do it. Then, when something comes up that is "negative" toward you, you have proof that you were being harrassed. I wish you well.

Just walk by this man/woman everyday with a smile on your face it will annoy the crap out of them ......when they ask you what are you so happy about . Just tell'em it's personal
it drives them crazy because they wanna know ...and you have put them in their place they wanted an answer like oh justa funny joke i heard or something like that ....they are powerless when you tell them it's personal

I work for a real wacko....control freak, workaholic, has no life outside the job....a real @%$hole. I just avoid her as much as possible...
