Israeli and German are nationalities, not races or even well-defined ethnic groups. Caucasian-ness is a matter entirely of race, unrelated to nations or ethnicity.

So it would depend on whether she's a Caucasian Israeli-German or not.

There is no technicality if she is a mix of white Israeli and white German. Most Israelis and Germans are caucasians.

the two German and Israeli are nationals of a usa, that has no longer something to do with race. they may be Caucasian or black, or the different race. and not technically white, yet white of pores and skin. Racial groupings don't have something to do with international locations and relate to varieties of people as communities with some identifiable good factors. particularly technical issues like bone shape ratios. Being Jewish isn't a race, it particularly is a faith.

Israeli means she's from Israel has nothing to do with what race she is. Germany is a nation not a race, there is a lot of people of different racial backgrounds in Germany now days. Both are nationalities.

depends on the background of the israeli part(they range from european jews, middle eastern jews, ethiopian jews, even some non-jews you have to be more specific). and i assume you are referring to german ethnicity and not just citizenship in the country of germany(regardless of race) like other people have scruntinized you on. so in that case she is at least half-caucasion....so yeah, technically she is.
