probably the rolling pin, depending on the computer and the frying pan they might be lighter. Plus there is a chance you might get hit with the pointed ends of the rolling pin

Depends on what last night's dinner was.
But I'd say the computer would be pretty painful unless it knocks you out cold the minute it smacks you.
If your partner is throwing things at you, perhaps you should work on some anger management techniques.

Flying isn't the painful part. the landing is. My dad had a philosophy of buying pans that were either lightweight so they wouldn't hurt, or too heavy for her to throw.

Hmm... the Computer it would still be plugged in to show the list of questions... so if the monitor busts on your head you would get electrocuted and possibly burned... in addition to getting a big monitor busting your head open...
