My daughter is 11 months, and I give her a bath every night. What I do is make sure that her pj's are already laid out and ready before I strip her down. Also, I turn the heat on higher about 10 minutes before her bath time. Another thing I do if it is really cold, is put the towel in the dryer so that it is warm when she exits the water.
Of course, my husband is always home to help me with these tasks. If you are alone during bath time, it might be wise to either wait until someone is at home to help you, or wait a few days between baths, and just give sponge baths in between.

Regardless of the weather, I bathe my 13 month old daughter every other day. I don't like to constantly run the heat in my house, so I'll turn on the heat about a half hour before bath time starts to make it warm....give her a bath, put on toasty warm pj's and then turn down the heat...I also dry her hair really well so she doesn't catch a cold!!

Cold weather is outside not inside, so it really shouldn't make a difference. If it's colder in your home, then make sure to immediately put on some warm pjs on the baby after he is done with his bath and dry his hair thoroughly. But you can bathe as often as you do in the summer.

I give my children a bath every other day.. Unless they get really dirty somehow... I also slather them with lotion and put them in nice toasty pj's... If the house is a bit cold I run a space heater in their room for about an hour to warm up the space and make it comfortable.. Good luck

I bathed my baby every night in cold weather. There is a heating system in my house, he has warm jammies to be put into after the bath... Nice warm bath in the winter feels good to me, why wouldn't it feel good to your baby?
