I just read an article stating that more minorities are on football coaching staffs. What about women? Even we know not to punt on 3rd down!

Are you serious? Over half the staff on the Steelers, Chiefs, Chargers, and all of the coaches for the Broncos.
Apparently you don't read, because this was in all the papers.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot, all of the players on the Packers are women.

There are obviously women on the payroll for NFL teams but I am not aware of any of them being coaches Coaches are typically bred from players. Since there have been no women players in the NFL, I don't expect to see any women coaches. That doesn't mean they couldn't do it nor will they ever its just the way it is right now.

You don't punt on third down, you punt on fourth down. But to answer your questions there are no women on a coaching staff at the NFL or college level. There are some women on the training staff of some teams though.

Minorities have played the game, women haven't played football at that level. So without experience a woman would make an awful coach.

Women like you keep asking stupid questions perhaps implying discrimination. With such attitudes, you keep women from serving as coaches for valid functions like strength and conditioning coach. The game is supposed to be fun, not "Agnes of God" or the Hillary Clinton campaign to rule the world.
One of the best trainers I coached with was a woman.
