Does anyone know if it is ok to run for more than one officer position i.e. like running for President and Vice President at the same time. I would like to be an officer in a small organization. I would like to put my name down for President and Vice President. I don't know if I would be voted in as President, but would like the opportunity to run for Vice President if that doesn't happen. I don't know if I explained this in enough detail or not. Thanks for anyone's help.

Nah. If you can't find someone to fill the spot, just run with what you have.

If you are running for PUBLIC office and will have your name on a ballot that will be voted on by the public you can only run for 1 office at a time. When you go to sign up the electors office will not allow you to vote for more than 1 now if this is an office outside of the public it would be up to the place you are at.

negative... that is being selfish and that is out of the norm... imagine if it was allowed and you won both positions
