I am torn between Star Trek: Voyager, Stargate SG-1, the original battllestar gallactica. ooh, sliders was pretty cool and remember V with the aliens! HMM. Rate these from 1= best to 5 = least best plus add in your favorites!

When I was little I was really scared of the V aliens. I loved that show because I was looking forward to see the alien's true appearance but at the same time I was scared 'cause when i finally did they looked like lizards on steroids.

V scared me as a kid as well--freaked out seeing a guinea pig eaten on TV.
As for the best, I have to go with SG-1. Of all the series, it drew me in the most because it took place in the present. I could almost believe what I was seeing (as far as sci-fi goes) because they were using people like you and me, who live in our current time, dealing with secret military operations.
All the other series, while I do enjoy them all, all take place in a time or place far from where we are. I enjoy them, but they don't get me as "this could be real".
