We have a child together. Have been broken up for over one year now. I tried to be friends but this doesn't seem to work. He is now threatening people I care about. What is the best way to get rid of him safely for me and my child?

Get a restraining order and have a place to meet with other people around to exchange your child or even better have a third party involved to exchange the child so that you have no contact with him.

Call this number 9-1-1, get a restraining order on him. Tell all the people he threatened to do the same, if the cops see a lot of complaints on him they would do something about it

File for a restraining order for you and take him back to court about custody. Be sure to let the judge know about the restraining order and that you fear for your childs safety. If that doesn't work, I'd disappear with my child.

Get a restraining order and file a police report.
If you are in the position to move where he can not find you, do it.
He sounds very unstable.
If you do not do something soon he might snap and do harm to you, your child, friends,family or maybe even kill you.

go to shelter that is protected and get a restraining order and buy a big dog or gun to protect yourself but if you get a gun and pull it out on him be ready to use it to kill
