Hear are some more from "Immortal as the stars"
"The meanest guy in the world is the fellow who was deaf and never told his barber"
The only people that can settle the argument at night by turning off the lights is the deaf couple.
"Light! Give me light!!" - Helen Keller

She knew that a book was not just its cover. She was given up on by most, until Annie came into her life. Together, they explored a world that Helen could not visually see, or auditory hear. Helen learned to talk through breath and lips and things we take for granted.
She had long been locked into a lonely world and finally broke out. She knew enough that you had to dig a little deeper to gain the substance of a thing.
