Of those I would say probably Queen B*tch, but that is a very good list of awesome tunes. My favorite Bowie tune would probably be Suffragette City though.

Of those I pick "The Bewlay Brothers" (note correct title) from the Hunky Dory album 1971.

'Wild is the Wind' or 'Sound and Vision' O.K. i realize those aren't on your list, but those also 2 of his songs not as popular as some others.
