Predator. The predator is smarter and its blood is immune to the alien acid blood. And the predator has all sorts of cool gadgets. The predator is also a trained warrior, while the alien is just a big hungry bug.

Fifty-to-one Aliens-to-Predators? (More likely according to the Alien series) The Aliens.
However, according to the game of AVP, the Alien's characteristics depend on what it's host was. An Alien from a Pred host would be much stronger than one from a human, so that would even it up a bit.
(Although that plasma gun sure makes a dent in anything)

Ok, depends on the terrain. Depends if one of them ambushed. In a normal cage match, like toe to toe? Predator should win based on weapons. Straight fist fight? I love the Alien series but Predator has a keen sense of survival and instinct skills.
He would be able to outsmart the Alien better.
