could this be morning sickness?

woke up at like 5 am this morn bc i had to go to the bathroom as soon as i got up i got so nauses. i layed back down and was still so nauses i could not go back to sleep then my mouth started gettn all watery and i puked after that i felt better and went back to sleep but i am still nauses. also my period is now 2 days late my nipples are sore. and like a week ago there was blood when i wiped.... does this sound like im pg or what? plz help

Buy a home pg. test, and find out. If positive, see your doctor.

This sounds like you could be pregnant.
You should really take a hpt {home pg test}, or go to a doctor for a blood test!
