I need to know if eating a soft cheese that says "Pasturized Milk" on the label is ok to eat. Please let me know. thanks

As long as the cheese is pasteurized it is safe.. if it does not saying anything about that on the label I would not trust it. Most store bought cheeses are pasteurized, but it would best to stay away from homemade cheeses from delis and specialty stores as there's no real way to know whether it is safe or not.

Yes, as long as it's pasturized but to be on the safe side stay away from blue cheeses, brie, etc.

good to stay away from unpasturized cheeses. But i remember reading something about staying away from certain types of soft cheeses while pregnant. You may find more information using google search. I use that for everything!

I know that a lot of people are going to say no, but I go with what my OB told me-- that as long as the cheese is made of pasteurized milk, it's fine. You can ask your OB what she/he thinks, if that makes you feel better.

pasturized is actually good. Don't eat any dairy product or juice that doesn't say pasteurized.

yes thats ok they say some cheese is bad and some fish and everything...honestly i eat whatever i want.

yes thats fine, dont eat nothing with egg white in as it can cause salmonella, check tags on things like mayonniase
