Scooter, I read her question and feel bad that's she's dwelling on it. I hope she's not becoming obsessed with it. Several good answers were given to her, so let's hope that helps her get over it. She's probably wondering how so many "older" folks responded to her question. Thanks for pointing us her way!

Word up, Nora. Me too.

My feelings? I get sore and have more aches and pains, especially after working out. It's much harder to get a date. The top of my head sunburns much quicker than when I had hair.

I still tend to think as I did when I was in my twenties, but my body isn't as able. The people I work out with at the dojo are able to recover quicker from seminars and injuries.

First off, it took me 20 minutes to find the room. Then I found it, answered and stayed there reading some more questions. It's a little depressing when you venture out in the MH type rooms. So many people are unhappy.

Your answers were all good.

Liked your answer -- WE all are lookin and feelin damned good, and I'm in pretty good shape for the shape I'm in as well. I've found myself to be more laid back and content in the last few years. Others have found me more patient and understanding. All things considered, although there are wistful thoughts of yesteryear. This too is an enjoyable part of life (creaks, groans, aches and moans notwithstanding)

Went and posted to Honey - btw your answer was great!, Scooter.

I felt somewhat sorry for the young woman [I'm assuming she was young]...even her avatar looks sad....and wondered why she is so concerned about being 'old'...Perhaps bad experiences in her own family; or maybe this world today and its preoccupation with youth?

Aging is real easy. I find I don't have to put much effort into it, it just kinda comes naturally
