You need to call businesses and call patrons of the theatre and ask for help. Sell ad space in programs, sell engraved plaques on the back of theatre seats (renewable annually), Make a big framed presentation with engraved plaques for higher stakes donors. Of course everything but ad space in the program has to be at your main location. Depending on your production, you could also lobby for product placement. Go through your script and see where you could use actual products and contact companies to see who would not only furnish the products but pay you to use it. Send them your projected itinerary and audience numbers and maybe they'll bite.

good luck!
