I have been under a lot of stress and have been taking some odd medication. I have been noticing some milky fluid from my nipples. The pills were small and pink, just like my girlfriends pills. I think my girlfriend has switched the pills or something because she is very relaxed all the time and recently found out she was pregnant.

Yes, it is possible. Men DO have some of the glandular tissue required. Not as much as women, but some. See the link for some anecdotal accounts. If you have been taking female birth control hormone pills by mistake then this could account for your symptoms. In fact (and I know some people will find this distasteful, but...) I have read that some gay couples who adopt babies and wish to breast feed will deliberately take female hormones in order to trigger lactation. See link.
Leakage from the nipples can also be a sign of breast cancer, and YES, that does, very very rarely, occur in men too. You should definitely get checked out by your doctor to rule out that possibility. Your doctor will also be able to check you for hormone levels etc.
If your girlfriend is taking your anxiety medication by mistake and is now pregnant, she should see a doctor too for some advice. It may not be suitable medication to take while pregnant and you need to find this out asap.

I have no scientific evidence because I didn't actually research this but I believe the answer is yes. Men can lactate. Mammary glands are mammary glands, this is why men can also get breast cancer although rare... and there is a small percentage of men that have a gene that can allow men to lactate. There was a story in the news about it a few years ago. Try googling it.

So you are under stress, which means you are probably sweating more. Maybe the white stuff on your nipples are salt stalagmites, or pillars for the lay people out there.
