...when greedy subprime lenders started to see the consequences of Bad Business Decisions, or giving free money to Big Business posting record profits, or bailing out corrupt businesses?

Please explain how this is "capitalism." I thought the definition of capitalism was "Build a better mousetrap than the other guy."

To batain: But that's what bush did several weeks ago. Printed up 48Billion nice green fresh dollars, to pour into the economy to "help" the subprime mortgage meltdown.
Sorry, but that simply is NOT capitalism.

Their favorite term for it is "the free market" but I don't see how they can honestly call it free when the government is subsidizing their favorite corporations and giving them an unfair advantage over others.

Look no further than Honest ABE who got 6 stamp engravers to push greenbacks on a general public as a way to pay for the civil war! Just like taxes the American public rejected this new worthless form of paper money! Now once again it is worthless cause of who has rule & control over it! The wrong people "congress & the real ruling class with their trickle down economic tactics!" The time has come turn this practice 180 degrees for some trickle up economics!!! This is corporate Fascist Capitalism we live under beyond plutocracy or an oligarcy.

Printing worthless paper money and driving the value of our dollar into a third world toilet is not called capitalism.

This process is called Bush-e-nomics. It is the plan of the stupid, managed by imbeciles and perpetrated upon the inattentive.

we sincerely believe that we can avoid the mistakes the German government make in the 1930's, and Robert Mugabe is making right now, which is wishful thinking of course.

Printing money does not help capitiaism. This is stupidity. Money is according to the fiscal and monetry policies.
