No, there would be chaos, and no regulation... there is a theory that I've recently discussed called Abolitionism, which is basically an anarchist type theory where they would like to see the penal state decentralised.. basically, get rid of one body that controls the the law... they don't want to get rid of it all together because you'd be pretty silly to even contemplate on a functioning society without law.. they'd like more community type control.

The theory way too idealisic, and although sounds like a good plan from the surface.. it would never work, as they also believe in the abolishment of all prisons too, and that there are more ways humane ways of dealing with a criminal or deviant..

So no, to answer your question, I do not think it would be a praceful one, there would be no control and utter chaos, and unfortunately, with the behaviour of some in our society, there would be absolutely no hope.

.. the world would be in chaos and anarchy. Due to the reason that people will have their freedom which they can do anything they want. The world will become dangerous. Becoming a world without peace in order, equality and many will die. And the world will follow the saying " survival of the strongest.".. that my opinion..

The purpose of the law is to maintain order in society.

So without the law.. our country would fall apart.

Society would become a very dangerous place.

i don't think so.. to add to that we have the law but we also have cops who don't obey the law so we have anarchy anyway. those whim are supposed to enforce the law are the biggest criminals of all. 87% are as crooked as the can be. 90% of whats left are trying to get away with it. the rest are honest rookies..

id rather hacve a bit of vigilante justice then the crooks enforceing the law now. maybe we need a bit of vigilantisum on the cops to straighten them out

just a thought.

No, people are too consumed with themselves and their own self interests to have peace --- that is why Communism would never work -- people need rules to keep them in line

Uh, No it would be total chaos. If you think it's bad now just imagine no law enforcement and guns everywhere even in the hands of convicted felons and serial killers

No, I'd have too many dead people all over my front yard and several in my back yard being eaten by my dogs after I killed them. I hate thieves.
