Hob cleaner?

I've run out of hob cleaner is there anything else I can use?

Sodium bicarbonate and lemon juice. Leave on for a bit, then wipe off with washing up liquid and really hot water.

Damp cloth and elbow grease! I resort to Jiff now, but my hobs not particularly new.
