Which flash drives do you use in Ready Boost in vista? how well do they work?

Finaly is it worth it to buy the lexar 4gb lightning for 60 bucks to use just for the extra boost? and can you use flash drives to increase the amout of video Ram? i have a compaq pesario f500 (spelling??) with 1g of ram, 1.7 amd x2 prosesor and a 120gb hdd with a navida graphics card up to 300mb video ram or so, its a strange number around 300. but yea let me know what you guys can :)

I use a Kingston 2GB SD card, works great! :)
