Oh my goodness. You have just totally echoed my exact feelings. I am 33 weeks and I announced to my husband yesterday that I am done being pregnant. He didn't know what to say. I just feel like its been all cute and fun before and then now its all heart burn, back aches, and incontinence(embarrassing).
My mother told me that when she was 7 months regnant with me she told my dad that she had changed her mind and didn't want a baby anymore.
I think its all very normal. So ... what now, then? I guess just know you're not alone. Think about how cute babies are and remember that in the grand scheme of your entire life, 9 weeks is just a blink of an eye.

Yes, and no. I am 31 weeks as well. Yes, I am dying to meet my baby, but I also want to carry the baby healthy and to term.

My pregnancy doesn't seem so long to me because I do not know what I am having and I have a lot to look forward to..it is actually turning out to be a lot of fun this way.

I also am hoping that my baby will not have to celebrate his or her birthday on Christmas on a day when the rest of the world and his or her family is celebrating too. I want my baby to have his or her special day and fun parties that the rest of the kids get. It is difficult to plan a birthday party around Christmas when everyone is busy and celebrating. I hope to have the New Year baby or a baby right on schedule.

I will not find out the sex the next time around either as it is so much fun this way. Few surprises in life are good ones and my husband and I will be happy either way. I also think it is helping us feel as though the pregnancy is going fast.

You may deliver early, you never know so just hang in there and try to remember with holidays coming you are going to be busy and it will keep your mind occupied.

Congrats and good luck.. when are you due?

I know exactly how you feel. At times its down right agnoizing to wait. Unfortunatly there isn't much we can do about it. Babies will come on their own time. Try to keep yourself busy and do all the things to prepare for baby. And also enjoy all the time you have alone now and do the things you won;t be able to do after you have the baby. (IE get away with boyfriend/husband, manicures/pedicures, walks etc) Do something for yourself. In the long scheme of things 9 weeks is very short. I wish you the best!!

I am in the same boat, I'm still working full time and it is getting so hard because busy season is here! I want to just get off work and hold my baby in my arms.
I would suggest taking advantage of the time you have without your baby.
When you feel like going somewhere (like a movie) just get up and go, you won't be able to do this in 9 weeks!
Maybe make a list of things you still need to purchase and buy one item a week on your anniversary (like your 32nd week being pregnant, then your 33rd week being pregnant)
It's hard but we can do it!

Yeah I remember going through that. I said to my husband I could never get pregnant again because I just couldn't go through another long 9 months. Now six weeks after having my son I miss being pregnant! Trust me before you know it the baby will be here. It seems like forever but then once they are here you realize how fast time flys by.

I know exactly how you feel. I'm 30 1/2 weeks pregnant and am ready to call it quits, and to make things worse I'm in the hospital because I'm already at 3cm. But I'm doing what someone else suggested and looking at it in time frames, x amount of weeks till whatever holiday, it makes things so much easier if you think of it that way, or at least it is for me.

Good luck and Congrats!

Girl, I'm right there with you!! Although my pregnancy didn't seem like a long time, time flew by for me. Just think of this way, you have 9 weeks left to enjoy yourself before the baby comes. You'll be busy as bee and won't be able to sleep much when the baby comes!! Just enjoy it while it last. It won't be long before you hold your bundle of joy in your arms! Just be patient. Keep yourself busy with something. Good luck!!

My daughter came three days after the due date six years-ago; she had been in position for two months and the ob-gyn thought she would come sooner but I had to be induced. I understand what you are going through, but you will so feel rewarded once your baby boy comes. Congratulations and Best Wishes! God Bless!
