in my paper, i need at least 3 strong reasons for supporting the tinker v. des moines case. the only thing is, i cant think of what other elements were involvled. my first main reason is: Attempting to change or hide another’s opinion because you do not agree is unethical and unjust.

ugh i have to find two more big reasons. help pleeeeeeease.
thanks =]

They were protesting in a non-demonstrative way (not bringing attention to the armbands) and passive, and they did not impinge upon the rights of others

There was also insufficient evident to support a contention that the armbands were, in fact, disruptive to the learning process, interfering with other's rights or interfered with school discipline
