What are some things u can do to save your @ss at work?

My boss likes to blames everyone else for errors she makes, I have been keeping a log of everything I did wrong and how i correct them.

Just want to know what other people do to save there @ss at work?

I just wear a tight shirt or low cut shirt to work when I know I screwed something up...my boss loves that!

Lie, lie, and lie some more.
Marry someone in the boss's immediate family, I found that helps
