Which non-RP PvE server would WoW players recommend in the US?

Played on the European servers for over a year, but moving permanently to the states shortly, was curious as to which servers people found well populated, and good fun?

Every server has difficulties, I'm afraid. I mainly play on Runetotem (medium population, been around over a year) and I have a character on Azjol-Nerub (high population, been around since the game came out). I started out on an RP server that I loved, but it got overcrowded.
