I am going to give you my standard answer.......go get a book called "taking charge of your fertility" by Toni Weschler. It will help you truly understand your body and cycle and erase all the myths that women believe about their bodies. It will help you chart and find your best days for conception - or not! It will also help you learn if you are pregnant or not faster than any pregnancy test can tell you. I beleive every woman - whether they want to conceive or not should read this book. I believed all the ovulation & conception myths that are floating around here until we tried for a year with no luck. My doctor recommended the book and it worked the very next month! It turned out my timing was wrong and that I don't ovulate in the middle of my cycle like most women.
I'll be 40 in Nov....and I am due to have my 4th in March!

0k here is what i know, the first thing to do which is the most important thing is to have a good OBGYN doctor and see how he/or she can help. There are tests now/ almost like pregnancy tests that can predict the best two days for you to try for having a baby. The one thing to remember about being in the early stages of pregnancy is stress, flying, to much stranuous activity, and a few other things can cause a miscarage.

I agree with the past few answers. A doctor would be able to tell you exactly you would need to and to take. Not only to be safe for you, but for the baby.

I would go see my objyn... 1st then maybe he will give you something or send you to a specialist just to make sure everything is okay. Even if you don't think you will have problems you still should talk to your ob and have a pap if its been a while...

i would def. go to a fertility specailist. there may be an underlying reason you cannot conceive. PCOS may require a dose a metifin- wich regulates blood sugar and improves fertility. for endometriosis you may need surgical assistance if you have scar tissue.

go to a fertility specailist for a workup- it cant hurt anything.

You need to see your doctor to make sure that you don't have any medical issues going on that is preventing you from becoming pregnant.
