Depends on how high the wall was. Imagine a little piece of cloth shaped like a human hand with ping pong ball eyes (adding whatever features make him, or her, specifically ridiculous) trying to lift a man over a wall. It would be just as embarrassing for the puppet as for the man. A red faced little ridiculous glove puppet, struggling to hoist a grown human. Messy.
