Will the neocons tell the families of US dead and wounded service people who served in Iraq that their loved-one's sacrifice was in vain?

So Laissez-Faire, dying for oil is OK in your book?

Big business has no nationality. They always win, what's amazing and appalling here is that the current American government has more loyalty to big oil than to America which alone is an impeachable offense in a long list

Actually, as long as the oil keeps flowing to the free market, I don't care who is managing it.
UPDATE - I disagree with your premise. The soldiers were sent to stop Iraq's WMD programs and keep us safe. Oops, there were none. OK, so now we have to stay there to move Iraq to democracy and stability, because if abandon Iraq, it would quickly turn into a Taliban like place, just like Afghanistan did after the Soviets left.
Did we go into Afghanistan for oil too?
Iraq was never threatening to cut off our oil, so the whole blood for oil argument is sheer nonsense. We could have had more oil from Iraq at any time by calling off the sanctions.
But even all that aside, yes, it is worth sending soldiers and having them risk their lives to keep a vital resource like oil flowing freely.

It is just awesome to be a democrat. If we profit from Iraqi oil, then libs are justified by saying that we went to war for oil. If we don't, then Bush is an idiot for not profiting from the oil. If Russia or China profit from it, then Bush is an idiot for allowing them to have control of it. Is there a scenario in which Bush would not be an idiot? What would you like us to do with Iraqi oil?

If Iraq becomes a stable ally, then their sacrifice will not have been in vain, regardless of "who manages their oil".
