well tom sometimes sends out bulletins or messages stating that he is going to be cleaning up the site and deleting accounts that are not used frequently enough, like after 60 days or sumthing like that.

whenever your write the website you want even if it was uncorrect .. it will be save .. it will never be delete .. until you format your computer :)

No. You might have to reactivate your email account, but that is it. Once you do that, everything is back to normal.
