Are there any other places, where I can see falliage in nov-end?

It stops at end of Oct, the peak season is around columbus days.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but if you wanted to see the foilage you should have visited at the end of September or early October. Although maybe you'll see some snow.
It is already past peak foilage time in the South (Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina).

be long gone by then. About half the time there is snow on the ground in upstate NH by thanksgiving.
