No girl can be "stolen" from you, unless she wants to be. As far as making you work late, that is up to you. The option is available to seek employment elsewhere. Whether you feel that she is being compensated beyond the amount her work hours justifies or not, is irrelevant. The person paying her is the only person that need worry about that issue. If indeed she is being unjustly compensated, eventually someone will notice it and demand validation of the reasons for her additional pay. The bottom line here is that you are feeling dismissed by her and taken advantage of by him. I am certain that both of these feelings are perfectly normal for the circumstances. I am also certain, however, that you are seeking some type of 'payback' for the lack of respect you have been blatantly treated with. The best move here for you is to either come to terms with what has transpired and let it go. If you are thinking that you want to stick around at that particular job in hopes of regaining her as a girlfriend or making them miserable by always being in close vicinity to them, you need to stop and change your focus. It is unhealthy to continue to disillusion yourself in regards to a failed relationship. She made a choice to end your relationship and begin another one. The fact is, she is not the person you thought she was going to be for you in life. You may, or may not, be able to be friends with her in the future. This can only happen after you have faced reality and begun the healing process that we all go through from time to time in our lives when a relationship is severed that we really felt strongly about continuing. There is nothing worse than having someone continually attempting to cause trouble or continually finding excuses to interact with you in life when you do not wish to continue a relationship with them. The girl will end up hating you and you will end up feeling as if you hate yourself. The right relationship is down the road, but, you might miss out on it if you are still desperately clinging to something you think you need that is no longer an option. I wish you well. I hope you are able to work through this without much more unrest.

This can be classified as creating a HOSTILE WORKING ENVIRONMENT. (this not only refers to sexual comments, but also to anything of that nature) In one case, a woman had an affair with the boss and the employees were able to sue under this guideline. Also, paying a salary for living and "providing personal attention or favors for monetary compensation" is PROSTITUTION. As for you, you can sue for ALIENATION OF AFFECTION, (if your state has this law) for your girl leaving you and causing you emotional pain.

Sure if the girl wants to do that....which would mean she is
herself and you nor anyone else owns her...should she
be of legal age and not engaging in prostitution...she has
the right to live where she wants to live. Get over it and
start yourself a life with someone who would care as much
for you....apparently this girl is not the one for you! Sorry
Pal.

ethically it is wrong, but legally it is ok. My suggestion is to find a new girl and a new job, because if she is living with him, it is pretty much over, and if he is paying her to live with him, then it sounds to me like she has made a career move to the world's oldest profession, for a reference to what that profession may be drive down to the slums and you will see girls doing the same job on the street corner.

I'll break this down:
Unless you mean kidnap he can not "steal" her. If she decides to date him instead of you that is too bad but not illegal.
He can make you work late.
If he pays her a salary to live with him they could be arrested for prostitution.

Depends on the legal structure of the business. If he's the owner of a sole-proprietorship, yes.
If he's a manager working for a corporation, then he can't hire her to be his whatever.

If he's living with a girl like that then let the punsihment suit the crime. they deserve each other. I'd go to his boss or HR and tell them what's going on or I'd move on. You don't need a girl like that.

Stealing your girl is legal. Paying someone for doing nothing doesn't sound so legal.

As long as the girl is a consenting adult and agrees to live with him, absolutely!
It's called "getting dumped"; sorry it had to happen to you, but she doesn't sound like such a great prize.
