And yeah, I am.

If your not maybe this video will change your mind (its a bit gruesome by the way, but it proves the point eating meat is wrong): http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=_c__JEXMWvs

No I'm not. I eat meat and I enjoy eating meat. If you aren't supposed to eat meat, why did God create animals? I won't be indoctrinated by PETA, who, as I'm sure you may know, have been implicated in many 'direct action' (for direct action, read romanticised way of saying violence) attacks. You stick to your potato gratin and I'll carry on enjoying steak - cooked blue.

I didn't watch the video...but I will say I know a few things about eating meat. It still doesn't deter me from craving a nice juicy steak from time to time.
I commend the fact that you are a vegetarian. I am a person who thinks everyone is entitled to their own opinion and way of living. But I also don't try to force my opinion or way of life on anyone else either.
I suppose if you're on a mission to enlighten the world as to the evils of eating meat, you're going to have to expect some negative responses from those of us who have a need for meat.

Yes I am. I didn't need to see that. I stopped eating meat because of what I saw in Afghanistan and Iraq. Death is something I have allot of issues with right now and killing an animal to me is something I don't want a part of. So I gave up eating meat.

This is a choice we all make. We can't persuade people into it just by showing them a three minute video. It was very uncomfortable to watch that video. But I doubt it will really convince anyone to switch diets.

No I am not and glad I'm not Why does everybody seem to think they know what's good for everybody else? I like fruits and vegetables very much along with meats and seafood. Eating meat is not wrong and there is something called the food chain. God never said it was wrong to eat meat and I like it and will continue to enjoy it every chance I get. I'm probably healthier and happier than most vegetarians anyway.

No, I am not. I respect the right of anyone to not eat meat, but I am going to continue to eat meat, because I believe it is part of a balanced diet.

eating meat is only wrong in your opinion.

i tried for years to be a vegetarian, i did everything right in terms of diet and supplements but i was always sick. some people simply don't cope with it and others can do it to their benefit.
trust me there are plenty of animals would eat you given half the chance. is that wrong?

Yes, I've been vegetarian for over 20 yrs & would have done it sooner if I'd realized how easy & healthy it is.
There's a magnet in our kitchen that reads: "There's plenty to eat without choosing meat."

Awww, its so cruel. Unfortunatley, I do eat meat, but I don't think animals should have a long suffering deaf!
