I am not sure- A better option would be to go on a write-in vote strike- where we all write someone in. There really is no good candidate running right now.

We could always write Jeff and Jimmie in for President and Vice President, but then they would have to take a pay cut- and everyone would say that they cheated on the election.

It seems like that already happen with less than 50% of the elgible people acutally registered to vote and less than 35% of them casting a vote during Presidential elections.

Well, if for some reason there were no votes, I believe it would be considered a tie. In that case, if I remember the Constitution correctly, the judgement passes to one of the branches of government. I want to say it would go to the Congress to decide.

Even if every American chose not to vote the candidates wives and kids would vote for them and whomever got the most votes out of that small number of people would win.

We have the electoral college and that's their job. I guess if they decided to quit and no one else wanted to take their place that would be kind of cool. Maybe all of the canidates would come together and bethe president. Then that would be bad because of the amount of different views that people have.

im not sure how effective their voting system is anyway, i heard a lot of bad things about it, ok yes thanks to Michael Moore, so maybe it was all crap because ive heard a lot of bad thing about him to so.... but if they really didnt vote then i think the political parties would just put a president in power anyway!

a president would be elected based solely on the discretion of the Electoral College.

Half of them already don't vote. if mainstream America didn't vote, then all the fringe lunatics who do vote would get their fringe lunatic candidates in office. Which might not be a bad thing.

If our choice is Hillary vs. Rudy, you might get your wish, because it won't matter, they're both the same.

EDWARDS 2008!
