My kids are very hiper and I need to hold their attention.

You can teach them how to do yoga. Also there is a tape that richard simmons came out with that is great for Adapted PE. If you have aides or parents that can come in and help out you may want to ask some of them for assistance. You can also get foot prints made (depending on how high functioning the students are) have then follow the foot prints in order to learn the dance steps. I hope that helps.

That seems to be a upbeat song that you don't jump around too.
