You mean Juan Gonzalez, right?

Injuries and a steep age decline did him in. At one time, he seemed like a possible HOFer, but he just crashed quickly. He had a bad back as he got into his 30s, and that's a tough one to overcome with a power swing like his.

not sure who juan rodrigues is maybe juan gonzalez and if no one figuered out it was one injury after another and also it probably was the steroids catching up with him. As all rangers fans know most of our power hitters during that time was juiced, gonzalez, canseco, palmeiro.

Last seen with the unaffiliated Long Island Ducks, where he played briefly. Simply could not stay healthy. Other than one decent season in Cleveland, his entire 21st century was a train wreck.

Juan Gonzalez I assume is who you mean. He was plagued by injuries for the later part of his career. He was a roid boy.
