This would actually be a difficult question for me to answer properly because often they are inner-twined.
When if comes to decisions I've made or have to make I rarely ever question my mind after the conclusions have been arrived at. So you would think then that it is my heart I would question.
But because I'm also a creative person (a painter and writer) my mind and heart feed off each other and as such can't be separated. When it comes to creativity I often question things like motivations, the direction the art is going into, etc. It seems instinct isn't enough and creativity that relies too much on the mental aspects comes out too cold and indifferent. Keeping a balance is always the goal.
When it comes to personal matters concerning the heart I always try to trust my instincts. But even these have failed me once or twice.
Which do I question most often? I would have to say honestly that they are about equally questioned.

Neither and both. It is impossible to separate the two. Question one and you question the other.
The structure of the mind gives rise to the heart's desires. Restructure the mind and the heart will change desires. Following the heart's desire will restructure the mind.
Taking a bite from the top or bottom of an apple does not matter, we are still biting the apple.

I question my heart, because I always get instinctive feelings about everything, and I'm trying to listen to them, they seem to be right. But i have to question it, because I'm still learning what each feeling means.
I allow the mind to weigh everything practical up, and the decision is based on the two.

I question my heart. I trust my mind. I have a good, logical mind. It is my heart that has gotten me into the most trouble.

My heart pumps my blood, which keeps me alive. I don't want to die, so I let my heart do what it is supposed to do without questioning it. So, I would say I question my mind more.

my mind asks the question but my heart helps in deciding it, there are times when my mind wants me not to do something but my heart wants me to do it and i do.
There are instances my mind wants me to do it and my heart stops it.
Depends on situation to situation

I question both and though this sounds nuts to some, I actually talk to myself because it helps me.
