There is no such law.

I looked through the statutes and did not find anything else regarding this either.

wow! ther's actually a law or statute there that doesnt allow you to sleep in the nude?? That is not cool!
Oh well good thing I'm in Texas,cuz I love to sleep semi nude or sometimes nude!

you do, however, have to maintain reasonable decency if you are sleeping in a public place.
