What you want to do is Edit the video. Use a program like Adobe Premiere, AVID, Final Cut Pro, Vegas, or many others. Some stores actually sell cheap video editing software like best buy. If all else fails windows movie maker should do. But get premier and makes some cool stuff.

no, you're not measuring wrong. what happens is that most jean companies will give a smaller size so that people will feel good about themselves since they think they have a smaller waist size. it's also a great way to get people to buy their jeans. for example, if you put on a pair of diesel jeans and it's a size 12, and then you put on a pair of lucky jeans, and it says size 8. which jeans are you more likely to buy? the lucky jeans because it's the smaller size. somebody did some research on the true size vs. the printed size, and they found that levi's printed size is the closest to the actual size. lee jeans was something like 2 inches smaller than the actual size.

open windows movie maker>>>>press 'import audio/video' on the left hand side>>>then import the footage you want>>>put it on the timeline and cut it up into bits>>>once you are done press publish movie at the top of the screen in the middle>>>then say publish to this computer>>name the file>>>then save it

now go to youtube>>>>sign on>>>>press upload>>>>put in the details of the video clip>>>then upload>>>>wait for it to go to the processing screen and then you can come off the upload screen>>>wait for it to process and then its done

note that it can take 24 hours to get a screen shot of it for your channel pic

also it will take up to 24 hours for it to turn up in the searches although people will be able to view it from your channel

You could use VirtualDub to cut it up. It is Open Source (=free) and very good.

It is available at http://www.virtualdub.org/
