School and educational knowledge (Dipolmas, degree, BA's ect) or life and intropesctive (Seeing hearing, studying all around you)??

I know they both have their tremendous benefits and arguably their both equally as important. But would you consider either one to be more important then the other?

Thoughts?

EXCUSE ANY SPELLING MISTAKES PLEASE!!

I feel that educational knowledge to a degree is life knowledge. The more I think about it the more School and life seem the same. The only difference being school gives you a label on how much you learn or how long you have been within the "gates". The things that you learn in school, sciences and mathmatics are practical theorys that apply to life. They give you a new way of interpreting the things you see, hear, and feel in your everyday life. Basically for me, school is a tool to enrich, expand, and at times create my life and introspesctive knowledge.

Very good BRIANT T. They are "inextricably intertwined". Life: Street smarts and introspection are necessary and important to keep one in the NOW. It is, however a shallow knowledge requiring the wisdom of the ages to give depth to introspection. If, however, I must give one precedence over the other it would be the Buddhist precept of being totally in the NOW.

Life and introspective knowldege. Since it's the most basic knowledge that every human should have.

Also you can't acquire school and educational knowledge without life and introspective knowldege. Plus school and educational knowledge tend to have a much more limited use.

This is easy. Give me Life and Introspective. There is a format in place for anyone who wants to learn what's in the school books. But give me life and introspective that can only be learned by experiencing life. I can always get to those books later.

It depends on what you want. Money or enlightenment.
Its a personal choice. Personally, I choose introspective knowledge anyday. The desire for money is the sign of a simple mind.

Learning and knowledge are useless unless you can apply them practically to a situation.

As long as the ego is transparent, they are inextricably intertwined! One always follows the other. Always.
