My friend Nate the past week has given me a lot of lessons and training, whether physical or mental, in the pursuit of success.
Exhausted today and literally overwhelmed with everything being thrown my way, he stopped into my room and said, "Hey. I'm proud of you man."
That honestly, made me smile within and without. We as humans can easily smile on the outside, but the fact is, how many times do we smile on the inside?

Yes, the guys who take care of our lawns were here early this morning and for once it was a bit nippy (61 degrees). I made and took hot coffee and put some fresh pastries out and had them in for a snack. One guy didn't drink coffee so I made him some special tea. They're a great group of guys!! Their works always makes me smile!!!

An elderly lady was beside at the bus stop . she motioned for me to get on i said beauty before age she smiled looked at driver and asked did you hear that ? she is easy 10 years older than me

Yes just now when I picked my infant son up and he was crying, which is all an act because as soon as I picked him up he started smiling....I'm such a sucker,lol
