Is this correct?

I hope to apply for the role I am most suited for.

Although it's a bit out-dated... I still think a preposition shouldn't be at the end of a sentence. So...

I hope to apply for the role for which I am most suited.

You're not supposed to end a sentence with a preposition. It would be more correct to say "I hope to apply for the role for which I am best suited."

No, the sentence should read: I hope to apply for the role for which I am most suited.

While it is grammatically incorrect (refer to the above answers), I think your bigger problem is - - if it's intended as a "Job Objective" or similar - - it is trite (i.e., overused; common; etc). Try to be more "forceful" and personal with a phrase, such as, "I am well-suited for this role", and then prove it with your list of applicable experience(s). Good luck!
