I have used it a few times and have been very happy. I asked my attorney about the site and he agreed, it is a very good site for wills, POA medical and financial, LLCs, etc.

One of the problem with one size fits all legal solutions is that they do not take into consideration the difference in state laws. That is a complaint I have heard from some of the online legal sites. They do not have 50 different attornies working for them, each representing a different state. They could not afford to do that. That would easily be 5 million a year just for their salaries. Instead, they try to get a few lawyers to be experts on many states. They are bound to screw things up.

Is your will complex? Is there danger of someone contesting it? Have you heard if the probate laws in your state are complex? If the answer is yes to any of these questions, then I would advice hiring a local lawyer to help you draw up the document. Spend a little money now and it will save your family a fortune later on.

Unless you need a package deal you'd be better to go with the actual hotel you plan on going to. Hotels only put their products on these sites to sell the opening they expect they might have but they pay out a big commission so they'd rather make the sell themselves so they don't have to pay expedia commission. So call the hotel and play hard on their prices and see what you can get them down too. Hotels are negotiable to a certain point.
